Police Certificate of Good Conduct
Application for a police certificate of good conduct is, like other consular services, strictly by appointment only. Appointments can be booked directly through our Konzinfo Booking System at https://konzinfobooking.mfa.gov.hu. Please find more details on the Office Hours, Appointment Booking page.
The following set of documents are required:
- filled application form (download here) N.B. a printed guide with English translations are provided on request at the Consular Office
- international passport
The police certificate of good conduct is issued by the Hungarian Ministry of Interior with the Consular Section acting as a mediating agency. While the certificate itself is normally free of charge, certain consular services and their fees apply:
- authentic hard copy of the original electronic certificate
- general consular fee
- authentic translation from HU to EN (optional)
